Step 1. Download This File By Clicking HERE!
Step 2. Name The Dowload PS4UPDATE.PUP
Step 3. Insert a USB that you don't mind formatting. Then format the drive by opening a Windows file explorer and right clicking the USB icon or drive letter. Then select the format option using the default allocation size option you will be ready to click format.
Step 4. Now Create a Folder and name it PS4 just like I wrought it with all capital letters.
Step 6. Open that folder and create another folder or a sub folder; inside of the update folder. Name this folder UPDATE again just how I wrought it in all capital letters.
Step 7 Move the downloaded file you should have renamed to PS4UPDATE.PUP into the second folder you created or sub folder that should be named Update.
Step 8. Turn off the power of your PS4 system completely.
Step 9. Check that the power indicator is not lit. If the power indicator is lit up in orange, press the power button on the PS4™ system for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps a second time).
Step 10. Connect the USB storage device to your PS4™ system, and then press the power button for at least 7 seconds.
Step 11. The PS4™ system starts in safe mode.
Step 12. Select [Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)].
Step 13. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Step 14. If your PS4™ system does not recognize the update file, check that the folder names and file name are correct. Enter the folder names and file name in single-byte characters using uppercase letters.
